Rooftop Rhythms

WHAT: Warmer weather means the return of Rooftop Rhythms, hosted by the City of Forest Acres. This popular, free neighborhood event will take place twice this spring, April 23 and May 21 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. As always, this family-friendly evening will feature live music and lots of free children’s entertainment.

Forest Acres restaurants will have dishes available for purchase. Stay tuned to Facebook as more restaurants are added.

Admission is free. Food, beer, wine (by Liquid Assets) and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Cash only, please.

Thursday, April 23

6-9 p.m. — The Root Doctors

Thursday, May 21

6-9 p.m. – The Business will have the crowd dancing and singing the night away.

WHERE: The rooftop of Richland Mall, at the corner of Beltline Boulevard and Forest Drive (3400 Forest Drive).

MORE: Families can bring lawn chairs and blankets to settle in and enjoy the tunes. Children will enjoy free balloon art by Joey Young, face painting by SarahDippity, magic by John Tudor, Shutterbooth photo booth with fun photo props and a bounce house and obstacle course. Please, no coolers or pets.
