New Voices: Music by USC Student Composers

More than 30 performers showcase world premieres of 12 new works by USC School of Music student composers. The concert features a wide variety of compositions, including a brass fanfare, a work for saxophone inspired by Chinese folk songs, two string quartets, choral music with sacred Latin texts, and a work for percussion using common kitchen items. The composers include Michael Bies, Lucas Bohn, Kyle Brown, Larry Anthony Fountain II, Kat French, Cameron Harvard, Brian Kinzie, Aubrey Nelson, Erik Potteiger, Nikea Randolph and Rachel Whelan.
