Meet the Author: Kelly Starling Lyons

Richland Library welcomes Kelly Starling, author of One Million Men and Me; Ellen’s Broom; Jada Jones: Rock Star, and Jada Jones: Class Act.

This event is free and open to the public.

Kelly Starling Lyons is a children’s book author whose mission is to transform moments, memories and history into stories of discovery.

Lyons will virtually greet 1,500 students in Read-to-Succeed Camps before the Wednesday evening in-person event. During the 6 p.m. event on Wednesday, July 20 she will discuss her writing life and award winning books.

Lyons is a teaching artist who regularly presents at schools, libraries, festivals and conferences around the country.
