Master Wheel Throwing

This 6-week course is designed to challenge people who are ready to develop advanced pottery-making skills. It will augment a potter’s desire to learn more advanced techniques. Projects/skills to include but not limited to teapots, composite forms, spherical forms, and altered forms. The criteria for this class is to consistently throw a 6″ cylinder to include but not limited to experience with lid making and making /attaching handles. Pre-Requisites are as follows: Students must be referred by instructors for Next Step Throwing or Creative Throwing; others interested in this class must schedule a time to meet with the instructor prior to registering.

Students must have their own tools. (Tool kits are available at the Art Center for $10.)

Minimum number of students is three (3), and max is six (6.)
