Latinx Book Club discusses “Next Year in Havana” by Chanel Cleeton

Richland Library North Main hosts the Latinx Book Club. They meet on the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m., focusing on a different book written by a Latinx author. This month’s read is “Next Year in Havana” by Chanel Cleeton. Centered around freelance writer Marisol Ferrera, her heritage, and her quest to honor her grandmother’s last wish – scatter her ashes in the country of her birth, Cuba.
