Introduction to Kiln | One Day Workshop

This workshop covers kilns with electronic controllers only. Workshop will cover (1) loading green ware for bisque firing at cone 04 and glaze ware for firing at cones 5 and 6; (2) programming controllers for pre-set programs and custom programs; (3) making, placement, and evaluation of cone packs; and (4) trouble shooting causes of over firing and under firing. Must be 18 or older to participate. Class size limited to minimum of (3) and maximum of (6). Fee of $40 covers instruction. handouts, and operating costs.
