During Duke TIP Academic Adventures at the University of South Carolina, your child can learn at a higher classroom level, sharpen learning skills, and explore new passions.

These one-day programs gather academically talented students together for a day of intensive study in an exciting course. Surrounded by like-minded peers and focusing on topics not typically covered in school, your child will get to experience a supportive, invigorating classroom designed specifically for gifted

The Duke TIP Academic Adventure Series are held on set dates, typically on Saturdays, from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on the USC-Columbia campus throughout the fall and spring semester. With Duke TIP Academic Adventure Series, students get the opportunity to sample college life and explore fun topics in Duke TIP Academic Adventures. Students learn from some of the best teachers and meet friends from all over the region. Duke TIP Academic Adventures are open to students in grades 4, 5 and 6.
