Dick Goodwin Big Band

Wednesday July 19^th from 7:00 to 10:00 The Dick Goodwin Big Band will be at the Main Street Public House.   There is no cover charge but there is food (which is really pretty good) and drink available. The Band will be doing a wild mixture of pieces … including some of your favorites and selections that we just love to play… music from a lot of different decades!  This group boasts some of the most respected musicians in the area — USC music professors, SC Philharmonic members, top area music educators, and talented and versatile vocalists.  Dr. Goodwin (composer/arranger/instrumentalist) is a recipient of the Elizabeth O’Neill Verner Award, the highest honor given by the State of South Carolina to an individual artist.
