Columbia Mini Maker Faire

Columbia will celebrate the national maker movement on Saturday, May 19 at EdVenture. The sixth annual Mini Maker Faire will convene a wide variety of makers drawing together tech enthusiasts, school maker groups, crafters, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, and more, all to demonstrate their inventions, creativity and unique resourcefulness.

The annual event is free with museum admission and open to children, families, and people of all ages, will welcome over thirty exhibitors representative of the breadth of the maker movement throughout the community. Hands-on displays featuring everything from 3D printed objects, art and robotics to crafts and handmade goods, will be on hand to explore.
