Columbia Baroque Concert: “Home for the Holidays”

Peter Hoyt will host this program featuring French solo works for harpsichord and viola da gamba, an Italian lute solo, a Christmas lullaby for voice and lute, recorder variations on a Dutch nativity tune, and a special duo performance by Mary Hostetler Hoyt, violin and Cecilia Hoyt, cello of a Sonata by French-Guadalupan composer Joseph Boulogne de Saint-Georges.

Performers for the evening are Brittnee Siemon, mezzo-soprano; Jean Hein, baroque recorder; Mary Hostetler Hoyt, baroque violin; Hazel Ketchum, lute and baroque guitar; Gail Ann Schroeder, viola da gamba; Cecilia Hoyt, cello; and Jerry Curry, harpsichord.
