The Savvy Musician in ACTION
Evil Dead, the Musical (Sneak Preview!)

Cola: Inked, a group exhibition organized by Jim Dukes, Artist In Residence at Tapp’s Arts Center and award winning Cell Phone Photographer. As a celebration of the permanent art of skin, Cola: Inked will showcase Columbia SC residents, their unique tattoos and the stories behind them. The exhibition will also feature original works by artists influenced by or part of the tattoo community.
Our goal is to expose the masterful art of tattooing to a broad audience and demonstrate, through compelling back stories, that there is more to a person with ink than what you see on the surface.

The Savvy Musician in ACTION Chamber Music Spotlight will present five innovative chamber music ensembles, winners of the 2014 Savvy Musician In Action Chamber Music competition. Musicians from across the country have been selected, and this year's event has shaped up to present quite an array of unique acts, including a choreographed musical performance from their first place winners, The Fourth Wall Ensemble. The show starts at 7:15, and will alternate between the Skyline room and the Fountain Room bar!

Cast members from Evil Dead: The Musical are providing a sneak preview of the much anticipated production that is sure to strike hilarious fear into the hearts of Columbia! The performance starts promptly at 6:45 and runs for about 20 minutes, so arrive early, but please, leave your chainsaws at home!
