Carolina Makers

Carolina Makers, the South Carolina State Museum’s current art exhibition, celebrates local makers from South Carolina who are producing handmade objects for people all over the world. This exhibition, presented by Time Warner Cable, brings to light the important contributions by local makers and craftspeople that sometimes may go unrecognized. The exhibition features instrument builders, furniture makers, metal workers, clothing designers and more. Carolina Makers will run April 18, 2015 – Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016 and is included with membership or general admission.
