Capital City Shag Extravaganza VIII

Shag Extravaganza is a three-day weekend gala celebrating the South Carolina State Dance “the Shag” and Shag music. Entertainment features the award winning Band of Oz on Saturday, April 1 and Association of South Carolina Deejays Gene Sistare, Ray Scott and Jimmy Munn playing music throughout the weekend. Don’t have a date? No Problem … join us at the Meet & Greet get togethers on Friday and Saturday. The $80 admission price includes four delicious meals, a lavish Hospitality Room, and Shag and line dance lessons with 2016 National Shag Dance Champion  Sam West and wife Lisa. Also scheduled is an exhibition by 2016 National Shag Dance Champions — Non Pro Division Jeremy Webb and Kalin Ellis. Hosted at the Double Tree on Friday and Saturday and Jamil Shrine Center on Sunday.
