Brian Rego: Perceptual Painting

A rare opportunity to discern the uncommon perceptions of Brian Rego’s abstract realism.  Come meet Brian, view, and discuss over thirty of his original oil paintings.  Rego exhibits his work both nationally and internationally and resides in Columbia, South Carolina with his four children and his wife, Elizabeth.

“In my work, I combine imagination and play with the sense of sight and components from the observable world. I paint to establish my connection to things around me and to express my experiences through the language of pictorial imagery.
