Beginning Sewing and Quilting for Children

This 4 week class introduces children to the basics of sewing and piecing a quilt sampler.  Enrollment is restricted to 8 maximum.  All children must be interested in this class as space is limited.  Class runs on Wednesdays June 8 – June 29 from 9 am – 12 pm.  All materials and supplies are provided.  Age restriction from 8 to 12.  There is no fee for this class but children must complete a 1 paragraph statement of interest.  Parents must call 545-3093 to discuss interest level  of child and obtain registration information.  Registration Deadline May 30,  2016.  Classes will be held at Edisto Discovery Park, 1914 Wiley Street, Columbia, SC  29201.  Instruction by Anita Bowen and Tambra Medley.
