Arts Reopening Guide

ARTS REOPENING GUIDE RELEASED

Today, the SC Arts Alliance released the “Arts Reopening Guide” for arts venues / organizations in South Carolina in response to COVID-19. The Guide leverages existing guidance from the CDC, SC DHEC, professional associations, and other state reopening plans to provide arts leaders with a set of guiding questions that should be considered prior to reopening.

The SCAA invited over 80 arts professionals across the state to provide input and to review the Guide prior to its release. A copy of this guide was also sent to AccelerateSC before being released. While not an exhaustive reopening guide, the document is meant to help leaders proactively consider components of their operations before making a final decision on reopening.
