This October, you’ll want to make room for ART! Chalk Art to be exact. Join us for the fifth annual ArtLinc Arts Festival at the Lincoln Street Tunnel. Bring your family, friends, or schools and take part in watching the tunnel come alive with chalk art, music and a variety of vendors on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 11AM-3PM.
