On Saturday, November 12, 2016, the Lincoln Street Tunnel will transform into an open-air gallery with colorful works of chalk art. The festival will run from 11am-3pm. Art spaces will be sectioned in squares throughout the tunnel and each entrance. This is not a competition; it is a festival to showcase our city and artists. 
There is no fee to enter.
