Art Class: Mosaic 101

Learn the process of mosaic making in this three-part class. Go through the steps of creation including planning a design, using glass-and-tile cutting tools, grouting, and cleaning your mosaic. Plus, get tips for a more creative piece. Taught by local art educator Kevin Pettit. Pettit has a bachelor’s degree in art from Winthrop University and a master’s degree in art and teaching from the University of South Carolina and has been a National Board Certified Teacher since 2008. All materials and supplies included. Ages 15 and up.
