Annelise (Anne Frank)

The captivating work Annelies is a masterful selection of texts from Anne Frank’s diary set to music by James Whitbourn in a celebration of the young girl’s affirmation of life. Colla Voce and the Avanti Trio with Ariana Wyatt have performed this moving work in Columbia, Blacksburg, Virginia, Prague, Czech Republic, and Haifa and Tel Aviv, Israel to great acclaim in each location. Colla Voce has been invited to perform it at the Kennedy Center in April 2018, and this concert will be a homecoming for us in Columbia. This is a concert that is not to be missed!
