5th Annual Equity and Inclusion Summit Reception and Keynote

Reception to be held in the South Carolina State Museum Planetarium Lobby. Join us as we celebrate our fifth year hosting this conference.

A keynote speech will be given by Dr. Carolyn Finney, a storyteller, author, and a cultural geographer who is deeply interested in issues related to identity, difference, creativity, and resilience.  Her first book, Black Faces, White Spaces: Reimagining the Relationship of African Americans to the Great Outdoors was released in 2014 (UNC Press). It will be available for purchase at the event.
