RAKU Workshop

This is a one day workshop sponsored by Southern Pottery and the City of Columbia Art Center.  The workshop consists  of pre-workshop instructions in preparing pottery for RAKU as well as on site instruction.  The On-site instruction consists of discussion of RAKU and alternative firing methods, glazng application, horsehair applications and hands-on for participants.  The workshop fee is $85 and includes the glazing as well as the clay to make the pottery.  There is a limit of 12 participants.  Registration deadline is Saturday February 11..
