Intermediate Throwing

This 6 week class is designed specifically to meet the needs of the person who knows basic throwing but wants to advance their skills.  Some of the skills taught will be ehnancing forms by attaching additional thrown parts, throwing and working efficiently with handles and spouts, throwing and fitting lids, among other skills.  Focus of the class will be to throw and complete a tea pot.  Students must have prior experience with basic throwing.  Minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 students will be accepted.  Registration fee of $80 covers all clay, firing, and glazing.  Potters must have their own tool kit.  Contact us for more information.
